Return/Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Sale items cannot be returned

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned shipping fees will be at the buyer's expense. This price will be deducted from buyer's store credit that will be received once the return is accepted. This gift card will be sent to buyer's email address. 

Items that have makeup or smell of perfume will not be accepted.


To start a return, you can contact us at franksjen91@gmail.com. You will need to send order number, and which items you are returning. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you choose to ship back your order without a return confirmation, the return may be refused or charged a 30% restocking fee. 

Once item is received, your return will be processed within 7 business day for store credit.

Once an order is placed and sent, Frankly Jen Boutique is unable to change the address, name, payment, or billing address. An order cannot be canceled once it is shipped. 

Customer is responsible for shipping if mailed out of the USA.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, all sale items are final. Sale items end in .50. There will also not be any returns or exchanges on swim, underwear, bras, or bodysuits. There are no returns/exchanges for deal of the day, major website sales, or items advertised as final sale. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be issued a gift card for the purchase price that can be used at any time. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a store credit. Please give up to two weeks to issue your store credit once the item is received.
